The website sat with the old provider,
and looked nothing like the practice.
Antigona and Dafina Muharemi are qualified dental hygienists HF and run a practice in Im Hochbord, Dübendorf, that joins two worlds: dental hygiene and whitening on one side, Korean skincare and lashes on the other. The treatment room has a space-station window as a mural and an astronaut on the wall.
The practice came to us directly about its website. The website and the email sat with the previous provider. The job was to take both over and build a site that looks like the practice, gets found in Dübendorf, and brings every visitor to an appointment with as few detours as possible. And one that keeps itself current, because the two of them treat patients rather than maintain content.

Behind the starry sky,
the booking.
The interior as the brief
The interior of the practice was the brief: a night sky instead of white boxes, glass panels, the colours of the treatment room. The starry sky moves with the page, drifting as you scroll.
Two worlds, one colour code
Dental is teal, beauty is violet, all the way through: booking buttons, service cards, image gradients and the switch that filters the twelve services by area. Wherever you are on the page, you know which half of the practice you are reading about.
Every service knows its way to an appointment
Most services lead straight into the practice’s own calendar. Where a conversation comes first, as with grillz impressions or periodontitis therapy, the next step is WhatsApp or a call. Three ways to an appointment, and no contact form in between for someone to retype.
Instagram with no upkeep
The latest posts from the practice account appear on the site automatically. The widget loads only once the browser is done with everything else, so a feed full of videos does not slow the first impression down.
Found in Dübendorf
The title, the description and the opening line say what people search for: dental hygiene, Dübendorf, Im Hochbord. The address, the directions and the car park link to Google Maps. German and English have their own addresses with hreflang, German is the start page with no redirect by browser language, and shared links show a preview image of their own.
A move, then routine
Website and email taken over from the old provider. Smaller changes such as new opening hours are covered by the hosting package: a quick job for us, not a ticket with the host. Terms, legal notice and privacy come in German and English.
Four sections,
and what they do.

The treatment room as the design brief
The photo is the real room, and the space-station window really is on the wall. The colours and the night sky of the site are taken from it, which is why stepping from the website into the practice does not feel like a break.
Twelve services behind one switch
Dental or beauty: the switch filters the cards and recolours the section. Every card ends with the right next step, either straight into the calendar or to email, WhatsApp and phone.
The people behind the “M”
At a dental hygiene appointment you put yourself in one person’s hands. So the sisters introduce themselves, with their training and their motto, and the link to online booking sits in the middle of the text rather than only in a button.
Everything you need to get there
The address with its tram stop, the Cosmos building’s underground car park, opening hours, phone and email at a glance, and every one of them a link: directions open Google Maps, the number dials, the email address opens a new message.
The same site on a phone
Most appointments are looked for on the move. On a phone, booking, calling and WhatsApp sit right under the opening lines, the header shortens its button to “Termin” so the name and the booking fit on one line on the narrowest screen.

Appointments still booked over the phone?
Design, booking, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google: tell us how your clients get to an appointment today, and we will show you how to do it with fewer detours.
